Baking for friends’ family and loved ones is so special to me.

Whether I'm making a cake for a birthday, a baby shower, or simply to just celebrate life, I put all my Passion forth, and the result is a delicious and beautiful work of art made from the freshest ingredients that have been sourced locally.

I started my baking journey young. Coming from a family that loves to bake was the foundation of my budding career into the pastries I create and share with you today.

Growing up overseas I had many international influences. With each pastry make I share my life's journey with you.

A short note from Virginia

I have lived all over the world. I started my food career in New York City attending the French Culinary Institute. From there, I walked through many open doors Including being featured on MasterChef France, working on many well-known food TV show platforms, and offering my personal chef services to many influential New York City residents.

I started molding my future career into baking around 2013 as a way of bringing love and joy to my family and friends.

It was then that I realized my true Passion for baked goods, pastries, and cakes of all sorts.

I now reside in Charlotte North Carolina, a beautiful Southern city of inspiration. By being so close to the sea and mountains, I'm able to draw fabulous seasonal inspiration with each pastry and cake I create for you and your loved ones.
